Keepsake Disclaimer and Care Instructions

1. Please note our beads are handmade using YOUR flower petals.

 

2. There is no sealant on the beads BUT they are not porous.

 

3. It is not recommended that the keepsakes are submerged in water or that chemicals are used to clean them.

 

4. Keepsake Rosaries are not responsible for damage to the beads if they are not cared for properly or irresponsibly.

 

5. Our keepsakes are not recommended for children under the age of 7 years old.

 

6. Flowers are held for at least two years from the date the order was paid for.

7. If your keepsakes were received damaged and you DID NOT purchase insurance we are NOT liable.

I got my keepsake wet what do I do?
Dry them immediately. I once put mine in the washer and they are still perfect...but do not do that!

My rosary/chaplet is turning a little dark, why is this happening and what should I do?
Always use a clean cloth after using your rosary. The natural oils from your skin is rubbing onto the beads. Keep them clean.
